We cover all major areas including New Town, Salt Lake, Ballygunge, Park Street, Alipore, Howrah, Tollygunge, Jadavpur, Gariahat, Lake Town, and more. We're expanding coverage regularly — message us if you're unsure about your area.

Every pilot goes through a comprehensive background check, identity verification, a 40-hour pet handling and safety training programme, and a vehicle inspection before their first ride. We maintain ongoing rating oversight — pilots below 4.5 receive retraining.

All breeds of dogs and cats, as well as rabbits, birds, hamsters, guinea pigs, and most other domesticated pets. For exotic or unusually large animals, please let us know in advance so we can arrange the right pilot and vehicle.

Yes. Once a ride is active, your pilot will send you location updates and photo check-ins throughout the journey. Our app (coming soon!) will include full live GPS tracking from booking to drop-off.

Our cancellation policy differs based on the type of booking:

a. Advance Bookings (booked at least 2 days before the booking date)

• Cancelled 48+ hours before booking date — full refund
• Cancelled 24–48 hours before — 80% refund
• Cancelled 12–24 hours before — 60% refund
• Cancelled 6–12 hours before — 20% refund
• Cancelled within 6 hours of booking time — no refund

b. Emergency Bookings (booked within 2 days of the booking date)

• Cancelled within 2 hours of booking time — full refund
• Cancelled after 2 hours — no refund

Absolutely. We prioritise emergency trips. Our pilots are trained in basic pet first aid and know how to remain calm during stressful situations. While our official hours are 7 AM to 11 PM, please reach out in any emergency — we'll do everything we can.
